If you are an NDIS participant with an approved NDIS Plan which is either self managed or plan managed you can order directly from our website at www.ahns.com.au

How to order online from our website www.ahns.com.au

For Self Managed NDIS participants, simply place your selected items in the cart and at Checkout, select one of the payment options excluding ‘Pay by account-authorised customers Only’.

For Plan Managed NDIS partipants, place your selected items in the cart and at Checkout select the payment option ‘Pay by account-authorised customers Only’.

Be sure to place the participant’s NDIS number and Plan Manager’s email address in the text field labelled Notes. We will generate an NDIS approved  Tax Invoice for your order and email it to your Plan manager.

For Agency Managed (NDIA) NDIS participants, please complete the following Service Agreement prior to ordering for the first time online. Please contact our office on 03 9773 2544 if you require any assistance.

After completing and submitting your Service Agreement you can place your  selected items in the cart and at Checkout select the payment option ‘Pay by account-authorised customers Only’.

Be sure to place the participant’s NDIS number in the text field labelled Notes and state whether the participant is part of the new PACE payment system. We will claim payment directly from the NDIA on the participant’s behalf. Please allow time for the payment to be processed by NDIA before the order is released.
